Advance your career by becoming a part of the LTCG Electric team. We have an immediate opportunity for a Commercial Journeyman Electrician in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

As part of our team you will be working with capable professionals delivering quality work safely to meet and exceed our customer's expectations.

With one or more years experience as a commercial and/or industrial Journeyman you will be supervising and coordinating electrical apprentices in a commercial environment. You will cross-train with our low-voltage division and some out-of- state travel may be required. This is a salaried position.

Directing assigned apprentice electricians

Interacting with customers, vendors and other trades

Planning and installing new or modified electrical and low-voltage installations to ensure quality work that's consistent with the NEC, drawings, specifications, LTCG Electric standards and local codes.

Reading diagrams or blueprints


Ensuring the safety our team members, customers and contractors

As a successful candidate, you have:
At least 1 year Journeymans' experience in commercial projects

A high school diploma or GED equivalent

A valid Texas Journeyman's license and drivers license

Knowledge of blueprints, specifications, codes and regulations

Good communication skills and strong electrical skills

The ability to manage time effectively and prioritize issues

The ability to meet the physical demands that come with being an electrician

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen

Motor Vehicle check
